Brad Skeggs and Greg LeGruier might be new to the Hemp  growing game but that does not seem to have curbed their successes.  They have both grown great crops this season and started hemp food businesses.
Brad Skeggs (https://southcoasthemp.com.au) has grown two different Co-op seeds dryland in the Denmark region and has a good story to tell. He launched his online business in 2021 and is now ready to harvest his crop and sell it as truly, locally grown produce. 
Greg LeGuier and Mark Power are also new to the farming game and have established an irrigated paddock in Harvey where they are growing hemp for their new business - Harvey Hemp (https://www.harveyhemp.com.au).
Both farmers will be speaking about their experiences in growing hemp, building businesses and generally all the things they found along the way.

We will also have Ken Bailey speaking about the Agronomy of hemp and the carbon capture it adds to the paddock.

The DPIRD will also be talking about WA regulations around growing Industrial hemp and how to keep on top of the paperwork.
