WAITE Research looks into HEMP
In this talk, Professor Rachel Burton brings us 'tales from the hemp cage', and tells us about her work and recent research trials with industrial hemp at the University of Adelaide.
Professor Rachel Burton is from the University of Adelaide's School of Agriculture, Food and Wine at the Waite campus, where she is Head of the Department of Plant Science. Rachel is a plant scientist and molecular biologist whose research interests range from cell wall components in barley and plantago, to biofuel production, to which plants are good for your gut.
